General Shipping Policies

• All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Free shipping is available on orders above $100.
• All shipments include a tracking number, sent via email upon dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Products are shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product integrity.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Perishable goods, opened supplements, and reconstituted peptides cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Customs Issues

If your tracking shows the order is held up in customs, please let us know via email and we will reship another product free of charge.
